Restriction on soy products

The products from the soybean are not suitable for small children. Adults should not consume more than 25 grams of soy protein daily because certain secondary ingredients may promote cancer.

The low-fat soybeans are gluten-free and rich in nutrients, such as vitamin B, calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and manganese. Particularly noteworthy is their content of all eight essential amino acids, which the human organism can not produce itself.
