In Germany and the EU we ship with DPD.
Shipping costs
Within Germany:
6.90 Euro shipping flat rate, from 70 Euro free shipping.
To the EU:
9.90 Euro shipping flat rate, from 90 Euro free shipping.
Shipping times
We ship from Monday to Friday, except on national holidays and holidays in Bavaria.
Orders received by 1 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.
Delivery time
Within Germany, deliveries will reach you within 3 working days.
Delivery to the EU are the deliveries within 4 working days with you.
Working days are Monday to Saturday.
Payment methods
Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express)
On purothek.de you can order with your VISA, Mastercard or American Express credit card. To do so, simply enter the valid card number, card verification number, expiration date and your name in the fields provided when placing your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the ordered items are shipped.
PayPal
Furthermore, we offer PayPal as a payment method. If you choose this method you will be redirected to the PayPal page at the end of the ordering process. Log in there with the login details of your PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Depending on your account settings, the invoice amount will be debited by credit card, direct debit or Paypal credit.

If you choose bank transfer as payment method, you transfer the invoice amount directly to our bank account:

Your order will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the money on our account.
Please be sure to include your invoice number as the reason for payment so that your payment can be directly and clearly assigned.
Giropay
With Giropay you pay easily, quickly and securely via online bank transfer. To do this, you need a checking account activated for online banking at one of the banks participating in giropay. As part of the ordering process, you will then be automatically redirected to the page of your credit institution via a secure connection.
You enter all your personal bank data (bank account, PIN and TAN) directly on the pages of your credit institution and thus initiate a transfer to purothek.
